Shipping Policy

At Crazy Wacky Super Store we aim to get your package to you as soon as we can. This means that we try to delivery your package to you within 10 business days. However, there are circumstance beyond our control that can inflat our average delivery times. Therefore, the maximum delivery time taken before a refund or replace is offerred is 45 business days.

Handling & Processing Times Policy

At Crazy Wacky Super Store we aim to process your package within 5 business days. However, at times this is not possible. Therefore, our processing times may take up to 15 business days.

Pre-Ordered Goods

If you pre-ordered your goods then the shipping and handling times will be added from the last day of the agreed release date of your pre-ordered goods. For example, you pre-ordered your goods between the 1st and 15th of a given month. This would mean that the shipping, and handling time would be add from the 15th of that month.
