Shipping on all orders is FREE WHEN YOU SPENT $100+; otherwise a flat shipping fee of $10.95 is charged. This shipping option exists outside of our promotional FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS. Our average shipping time is between 15-28 Business days on orders.
MAXIMUM DELIVERY TIME = SHIPPING TIME (28 BUSINESS DAYS) + PROCESSING TIME (10 BUSINESS DAYS) = 38 BUSINESS DAYS.
What if you don’t recieve your order within 38 business days? Our company policy is that you are entitled to a full-refund and if you recieve the goods after this time then you keep the goods free of charge. This is a penalty that we impose on ourselves as we wish to provide our customers with the best customer service possible.
Please kindly bear in mind that natural and man-made disasters, public holidays, government to business and government to government instability, wars and blockades will slow down shipping times. These delays are out of the ordinary powers of Crazy Wacky Super Store. You (the buyer and/or involved third party) acknowledge and agree that once your order is in the post that we are not liable for any damage or delay’s to shipping.
Delays to shipping times should be directed to the shipping company responsible for your order. These details would have been emailed to you.

ORDER PROCESSING
Order processing times are in addition to shipping time. Our company takes no more than 7 to 10 business days to process your order.
Order’s are usually processed the next business day and quality assurance inspections are undertaken. If your order is deemed defective then we will either order a new product for you from our warehouse or source a new product directly from the manufacturer depending on product availability. This is done automatically by our warehouse manager. These issues can add up to 3 business days.
It is then sent to the packaging department ensuring adequate protection for your goods. This can take a couple of business days.
After that, we send it off to our shipping department and depending on your location it can take a few business days for the shipping company to pick-up your order as not all destinations have a daily shipping route.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you decide to cancel your order for whatever reason, we will impose a $5.00 cancellation fee. However, there will be times when we will not cancel the order, such as in the event that the order has already been shipped.
